Isaac R. Jackson

Isaac Jackson’s Eugene roots run deep. Raised in Eugene, Isaac graduated from Churchill High School and earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Oregon. While still in high school, Isaac got his first taste of insurance knowledge at his dad’s agency.

Isaac received a bachelor’s of arts degree from the University of Oregon in History with a special emphasis on American History and African History and a minor in computer information technology. He earned his BA and JD from the University of Oregon.

Before opening Jackson Law Office, Isaac served as a law clerk for Judge Charles Carlson of the Lane County Circuit Court, and was an associate attorney at Frohnmayer, Deatherage, Jamieson, Moore, Armosino & McGovern in Medford, Oregon, a firm that specializes in insurance defense and civil litigation. While in school he interned for the Lane County Circuit Court and worked for Kurtz, Ford, and Johnson LLP, a prominent insurance defense firm located in Eugene, Oregon.

With hundreds of claims handled, he has successfully built a law practice that focuses on accessibility, effectiveness, and a results-oriented approach. Raised within the insurance industry, including representing insurance companies, Isaac has perspective on the value of cases and the best strategies to obtain a fair resolution to his client’s injury claims. With a focus on auto insurance claims, Isaac works tirelessly to advocate for his clients.

Outside the office and courtroom, Isaac is a devoted family man, happily married to his high school sweetheart and the proud father of four children – Nora, Jonah, Clara, and Sarah. Hobbies include motorcycle riding, city league soccer for adults, coordinating events for the junior high ministry at his church, and coaching his children’s sports teams.

Erin Jackson

Born in Jackson County and raised in Eugene, Erin Jackson oversees the financial and business administration side of Jackson Law Office.

Splitting her time between raising four kids and working for her husband Isaac, Erin also enjoys watching old movies, cooking, and crocheting.

Vanessa Grossnicklaus

With two decades of experience, Vanessa Grossnicklaus serves as the backbone for case management and support. She is often an advocate for clients needing help sorting out the medical and insurance billing process. A graduate of Missouri State University, she has lived and worked in Eugene for over 15 years.

Vanessa serves in our community through volunteer work, often helping non-profits with fundraising events. After hours, Vanessa and her husband love escaping the day-to-day by taking road trips together or watching movies. She also enjoys gardening, hiking and reading a good book.
